SPIRITUAL AND SOUL LEVEL HEALING

The soul is the deepest level of the self and it is from this place that we truly direct our lives. Our ability to tune in, to be present to, and to heed that direction is the domain of soul level healing.

When we’re totally tuned in, we make choices that reflect the desires of our soul, even when those choices seem to be troublesome or awkward to our ego mind. When we resist the intentions of our soul, the ego part of the mind actively denies, distorts, and confuses the intentions and inspirations of our soul. Over time, layers and layers of resistance and denial have built up, creating a quagmire through which we must maneuver.

The purpose of spiritual and soul level healing is to release these forms of trapped and blocked energy that show up as physical, emotional, and mental discomforts and/or ailments. We learn to recognize these phenomena as symbolic communication from the soul level of our being, which we can then learn to interpret as guidance toward wholeness and health. Soul level healing provides the most complete healing and creates possibilities for bringing more love, joy, and freedom into our lives.
